New features

1. Dayparting Change Logs

Navigation path: Automation > Change Logs > Dayparting Rule

  • Added Dayparting in the Change Logs. In the Change column, you can see the time when the ad is paused and enabled by the Dayparting Rule.

2. Hide Refund Balance in Sales and Monthly Trend

Navigation path: Sales > Sales Trend/Monthly Trend

  • You can now exclude the refund balance from the Profit calculation. This feature helps observe profitability when testing new price points or strategies. This selection will be saved on your computer and is available for both Sales and Monthly Trends.

  • Click the "Hide Refund Balance" button to hide and exclude refunds from the profit calculation. Click the same button to show and include the refund balance again in the profit calculation.

Other Improvements

Retry Logic in Dayparting

  • Amazon API occasionally returned "Server is busy" error messages when posting change requests for dayparting, resulting in a small percentage of ads not having their status changed at the hour.

  • The dayparting algorithm will now retry up to two times.
